- Clean out the eavestrough / gutter and downspouts
- Position the Golden GuardTM on the eavestrough / gutter, the flexible part
goes upward against the fascia board (not under the shingles)
- Fasten the front part of each section using 3 Golden GuardTM screws per section
of 3 ft (screw #6 3/8 included), one at each end and one at the center. Please note there are more
holes than required.

- Stop the sections in the inside of the end cap so that water is stopped by
the end cap. Cut the overlap if necessary.

- Cut the 2 lengths following corner angle.
- Cut an aluminum piece, as shown, in order to perfectly fit the gap
between both corner lengths.
- Screw the aluminum piece (4 screws) on top of the corner in order to
hold the pieces together. Screw in the perforated section.
Note: Mirror images for outside corners.

- Make sure the two plastic parts are connected without leaving any seams.
- A screw can be added directly on top of the product in case a gap remains
between two sections.

- Do not install over screw-on hangers.
- Downspouts 3'' x 3'' or 3'' x 4'' are required in a coniferous tree zone.
